‘Shepherd’s Well’ as the name aptly says is a God-inspired Worldwide ministry that was founded to help Develop, Equip & Mould Christian Shepherds (Leaders) be ‘lid-lifters’ by helping them grow ‘Swifter, Higher & Stronger’ in fulfilling God’s calling on their lives, enabling them to effectively Feed & Lead HIS Flock into Green Pastures! (New Covenant) 1 Peter 5:2, by drawing from the Great Shepherd’s Well .

Research says that all around the world the Church of Jesus Christ is growing phenomenally & these researches believe that by the year 2020, over 1 billion ‘new souls’ will be saved! So this is really exciting time for all of us but we as Christian Leaders or Shepherds must ask: “Who will be these Shepherds to lead HIS Sheep to Green pastures (new covenant!) Who will train them? Who will pastor or shepherd their churches?”
